Return and Exchanges Policy
DolceMUSA wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
NO REFUNDS!
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. Item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any items marked with final sale are not eligible for exchanges, no exceptions.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at dolcemusabyjettysblog@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll get in touch with you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs (both ways) of the return items. DolceMUSA is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please allow 3-4 business days, for us to process and ship your order.
Once your order has been shipped your tracking information will be provided.
